Return and Exchange Information

We value every customer's shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange your product, please refer to the following rules:

  1. Return and exchange period: You can apply for return and exchange within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product (including holidays).
  2. Return and exchange conditions: The product must be in new, unused condition and fully packaged (including gifts, invoice, original packaging, etc.).
  3. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
    • More than 7 days of appreciation period
    • The product has been used, dropped in water, or the packaging is damaged
    • Personal hygiene products, customized products
  4. Return and exchange process: Please contact customer service to explain the situation → provide the return address after confirmation → send the product back → refund or exchange after inspection
  5. Shipping fee description:
    • Return or exchange due to personal reasons: you need to bear the round-trip shipping costs
    • If it is due to defects or errors: We will cover the full shipping cost
  6. Refund Instructions:
    • The refund only includes the purchase price of the returned item and does not include shipping or other related handling fees associated with the original order. CONCERN MYANMAR will cover the NT$60 return shipping fee.
    • If the returned order does not qualify for free shipping, and the total amount does not reach the free shipping threshold (including a full refund), you will be required to pay the original order shipping fee (NT$70 for convenience store pickup, NT$100 for home delivery). CONCERN MYANMAR will cover the NT$60 return shipping fee.
    • If the order includes a gift, and the total amount after the returned item does not meet the gift requirement, the gift must be returned in new condition. Otherwise, the original price of the gift will be deducted from the refund (deemed as a purchase).
  7. Refund Method:
    • Credit card payers: After confirming the return is successful, the amount will be directly refunded to the original credit card account
