Every day people ask me what kind of Thai Buddha amulet is good for me. Are the ones with a human image on them also Buddha amulets?
In fact, most Thai people wear their master’s own amulets, which are also one of the most beloved amulets by collectors.
So why do Thais like the image of the master himself? A Thai friend once asked the master, “Which amulet you bless is the best?” The master smiled and said, “The ones that bless myself are the best.” This is enough to prove that the master is very attentive when blessing his own amulets. No matter what the amulet is, the master himself is also the one that receives the most feedback.
In Thailand, whether they are professional collectors or ordinary citizens, whether they wear or collect, the most common ones are not the images of Buddha such as Phra Somdej and the Masked Buddha, but the images of the master himself. Believers who have been to Thailand should have noticed this.

When it comes to Buddha amulets, laymen look at the appearance, while experts look at the master. As time goes by, people gradually understand the master’s story, cultivation, and methods, etc., and they will gradually become interested in the master’s own amulets. They will also understand that the efficacy of Buddha amulets is closely related to the master’s cultivation methods.

There is another saying that when the master is blessing, all the amulets will be blessed with the master’s exclusive method, and when making his own amulets, he will definitely put 100% effort into the blessing, because using his own holy face to make amulets, how can he lose the dignity of the believers who wear his own image?
Therefore, the Master’s image amulet is quite popular in Thailand.
